Cast (from the original Broadway production)

Oswan. Nationality: Chinese (American) [w/ some euro]. Age: 22. Sex: Male. Job: Freelance writer, millionaire. Hobbies: Body building, cleaning up after Bull, up-keeping his hair do.

Really, the main character, although Bull tries to be as much as possible. He's the responsible one. Scary, no? I still haven't revealed exactly how Oswan got Bull yet, but here's a hint: Oswan always wears an amulet. I'll reveal more about him and the other characters as this goes along.

Bull. Nationality: Dragun. Age: 95 (young for Gunz). Sex: Male. Job: Pet, protector, general cause of havoc, night auditor. Hobbies: Using fire-breath, making fun of Oswan as he works out, etc.

Without Bull, Oswan's life would be....it'd be....it'd still be wierd, but not quite AS wierd. Bull is a Dragun, a very prominent dragun in his own realm. He has a problem adjusting to not roasting every other annoyance but it is getting better. His new job as a night auditor at a hotel (graveyard shift front desk clerk) is also keeping him busy. He got the job through Rudy, who he knows through Ed.

Yi. Nationality: Elf. Age: 248 (a pup!). Sex: Female. Job: Being elvin. Hobbies: See "Job."

She's more than a pretty face, seeing as you never get to look at it. Yi just seems to be around, the way that all elves are. She has a knack for saying the inane yet, underneath it all, has a brilliant zen look at life. Been kind of dormant lately, but look for her to play an increasing role.

Ed. Nationality: Chinese [w/ some euro]. Age: Undisclosed. Sex: Male. Job: Mystic. Hobbies: Poker, kvetching, defying natural phenomenon, and being all around mystical.

Ed, being grandfather to Oswan, is a professional mystic. No, he doesn't do tarot or any hack stuff like that. He somehow acquired a large portion of magical power, either by practice or mere age- not sure which. Heads up: He, too, has an amulet. No, he was not based off Mr. Miagi from Karate Kid (courts still dealing with lawsuit). Known to hang around with Death.

Death. Nationality: natural phenomenon embodiment. Age: ? Sex: Debatable. Job: Ender of life, cult deity. Hobbies: Poker, ending of life, being creepy.

Death and Ed have a strange relationship. By all means, Death should have taken Ed out a long, long time ago. For some reason, he(/she) hasn't and will often be seen playing poker and fighting with Ed. Kinda keeps to his(/her)self. Cheats at cards.

Rudy Latham. Nationality: White (American). Age: 85 (so far as we know) Sex: Male. Job: Does general grounds maintenance at a hotel. Most notably, hosing things off. Hobbies: Poker with Ed and Death, making hose jokes, being neato.

Rudy is really the only person on the strip based off of a real person (loosely as it may be). The real Rudy Latham works with Dan (author) and agreed to let Dan use him for 'Gunz! In typical Rudy humor he said with a laugh, "Yeah, just be sure to have my name in lights!" Here ya go, Rudy.
